That's...really hard to say. It's not something that's supposed to exist. I don't understand it very well, or know all the things it can do. I might have done some in the past, but I don't think I can ever be sure.
[She has no idea whether all the supernatural things she'd managed to do in her world were a result of her own, bred-in psychic abilities, or if some of it was inadvertent magic. In Twin Peaks, one is nearly as likely as the other.]
I just know that my town either draws, generates or facilitates it--maybe even all three--and that you don't need your hands to be bare for it. You might not even need hands at all.
